You must use the DHL Jumbo Box to for your shipment in order to enjoy the low flat fee.
You can ship dutiable or non-dutiable goods with DHL Jumbo Box.
Complete the customized air waybill enclosed with each box. Note that each Jumbo Box sent must be accompanied by its own air waybill and paperwork. (unlike a Worldwide Parcel Express where one air waybill for multi-piece shipments is allowed)
For maximum protection, the weight limit for DHL’s Jumbo Box is 30kg.
DHL Jumbo Box is not valid for transport collect shipments.
