Alexandre Bruggmann, 63, has been appointed Regional Communications Manager Europe for Deutsche Post World Net. In his new function, Bruggmann, a Swiss citizen, is responsible for all European communication activities of Deutsche Post World Net outside Germany.

Alexandre Bruggmann joins Deutsche Post World Net from GeoPost where he was the Director of Corporate Communications. In this capacity, he was leading the central communications of GeoPost and coordinating the communications services of the brands within the Group (DPD, Parceline, Masterlink or Bizpac). GeoPost is the subsidiary of the French La Poste for parcel and express services.

Communications for Deutsche Post World Net is structured on a regional level. While the European communications team is based in Germany, the other regional communications competence centers are located in the USA and Singapore. Corporate Communications in Bonn, Germany, is overall responsible for global coordination and management.
