eBooking is our interactive multi-modal, internet-based logistics management tool that allows customers of DHL Exel to create manual bookings from the internet direct into our freight management systems.

eBooking is used for shipment booking and handling, and enables you to view orders and consignments via the internet. Supported by a track and trace system and integrated e-mail triggering, eBooking features milestones and actual events as well as exception
management.

You can key in orders down to line-item level, as well as run standard and
customised reports.

DHL Exel eOrder

eOrder is our interactive multi-modal, internet-based logistics order management tool that gives DHL Exel customers the ability to transmit orders electronically directly into our freight management systems via FTP.
